Andrea, at the Glendora location was awesome. She kept me informed throughout the process and was nice, polite, and very professional. If I had to critic something about this experience, it would be the car washer/detail person. When i received my car it was washed and looked clean. However, when I got home and inspected it, I noticed grease smears on the vehicle, and grease streaks on the windshield. It appeared that they used the same towel to clean and dry the exterior and interior of the vehicle. Streaks were all over the interior dash and console as well. I think a little more attention to detail by the wash person would have brought this experience to a 100 out of 100. Andrea did provide 100 percent customer service. The car wash guy could have backed her up a little bit."
